Kryterion Testing Network: Exam Accommodations

The test candidate must not be scheduled for the exam accommodations exam until the KTN Administrator has received confirmation from the KTN Center that the request can be accommodated.
During the process, the KTN Administrator will work wth the Test Sponsor in order to confirm arrangments.
Upon final approval of all arrangements and documentation, the KTN Administrator will either work with the candidate directly to schedule the exam or advise the Client to schedule the candidate.

Please register the test candidate for their OLP exam before completing and submitting this form.
All exam accommodation requests should be submitted with a minimum of 15 days' advance notice.
During the accommodation request evaluation process, the TDS Administrator will add the accommodation notes to the candidate's record and will follow up if additional information is needed.
Once the review process is completed the candidate will receive an exam cancellation email followed by a new registration email.
