Kryterion, a leader in the certification test development and delivery sector, is pleased to announce that Otto Silva has joined the company as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and a member of the Executive Team.
Silva brings extensive information technology experience in a variety of progressively responsible executive roles to his new position. Most recently, he served as Interim Chief Technology Officer for the real estate brokerage, Homie. He had previously served Homie as its Vice President, Information Technology Operations.

Prior to joining Homie, Silva was Vice President of Cloud and IT Infrastructure for Finicity. In that role he spearheaded a program that substantially strengthened Finicity’s technology infrastructure. For example, when multiple Super Bowl ads and associated social media commercials viewed by millions of concurrent users generated a tremendous traffic surge on Finicity’s apps, company systems easily managed the extremely high demand workload.
Silva is a native of Guatemala, has two daughters, and relaxes by restoring vintage Japanese motorcycles. He is also a National High Performance Driving Instructor for The Porsche Club of America.
