With a focus on creating greater candidate satisfaction, enabling the latest security features, and reducing transaction-related support calls, we upgraded our payment processing engine.

The enhancements include:

• Faster payment card processing
• Better tools are used for verifying candidate billing information
• Added support for credit cards that require multifactor authentication
• Upon successful completion of checkout, the confirmation page has been updated to allow candidates to add their exam booking to their calendar and the next steps required to successfully launch their exam. 
• If a transaction fails, the candidate is provided immediate feedback so they may try again
