Practical. Humble. Loyal.
At Kryterion, we know that building lasting relationships with our clients requires a blend of strategy, patience, and persistence. This month, we are excited to feature Jesse Wolff, an Associate Customer Success Manager who has spent the last two years proving that with the right mindset, no challenge is too great to overcome.
A Path Built on Growth
Jesse joined Kryterion as an Associate Customer Success Manager and is quickly approaching his two-year anniversary. In that time, he has become a fixture of the CSM team, dedicated to mastering the nuances of client relations.
“I started in this role with a clear goal to learn the business from the ground up,” Jesse says. “Now, as I approach the two-year mark, I’m focused on continuing to climb the ladder within the CSM team and helping our clients reach their full potential.”
Turning High Stakes into High Success
One of Jesse’s most significant achievements involved a high-pressure situation with a new client who arrived with unrealistic expectations. Rather than backing down, Jesse and the CSM team took a step back to re-evaluate and re-envision the entire engagement.
“We had to completely shift the strategy to align their goals with what we could realistically deliver,” Jesse explains. The result? That client is now one of Kryterion’s Top 10 accounts.
“That experience shaped my approach to everything I do now,” he reflects. “It taught me that there truly is no challenge too great if you are willing to look at the problem from a new perspective and put in the work to fix it.”
The Key to Kryterion’s Success: Teamwork
When asked what makes the company thrive, Jesse’s answer is immediate: the people. He credits the high level of teamwork across different departments as the engine that keeps Kryterion moving forward.
“It’s not just about one person or one department,” he says. “It’s about how we all work together to solve problems for our customers.”
Advice for New Team Members
For those just joining the Kryterion family, Jesse offers a simple but essential piece of advice: Always be curious. “Do not hold back your questions,” he encourages. “The more you ask, the faster you learn how your work fits into the bigger picture of what we do here.”
Outside of Work
When the workday ends, Jesse trades client calls for drumsticks. He plays the drums in a band alongside his older brother and one of his closest friends, keeping the rhythm both in and out of the office.
His love for rhythm and adventure extends to his travel life as well. Over the recent holidays, Jesse took a memorable trip to Chile, where he and a friend drove along the coast and spent their nights camping on the beaches outside of Santiago.
When he’s looking for a quieter way to reset, Jesse turns to his favorite author, Haruki Murakami. A dedicated reader, he makes it a point to re-read one or two of Murakami’s novels every year, finding inspiration in the author’s unique storytelling.
