Alex is an experienced digital learning and training specialist with a strong background in building and enhancing educational programmes across various industries. Over the past ten years, he has worked with organisations including Disguise, Medivet, and Lyphe Group to deliver impactful learning experiences that support user engagement, professional development, and organisational training goals.

Currently serving as Global Head of Training at Disguise, Alex leads Disguise Learn, an educational programme supporting the adoption of Disguise’s technology across live events, film, and entertainment.

Through the creation of accessible learning content and innovative digital production training, Alex has helped drive significant growth for Disguise’s training department and earned the company multiple industry awards, including recognition from the Brandon Hall Awards, Docebo Inspire, and Learning Awards.
