Kryterion’s parent company, Drake International, has announced the launch of Drake Force for Good Day to mark its 75th anniversary. Established on June 1, 2026, this permanent annual initiative focuses on building sustainable talent pipelines in communities with wide opportunity gaps. The program is built on the principle that long-term corporate success in the era of artificial intelligence requires deliberate investment in human capability rather than rapid automation alone.
The inaugural launch is anchored by two major investments in Canada, the founding location of the firm. Drake has acquired The Whiteboard Collective, a social enterprise specializing in workforce readiness for young people facing economic barriers. Alongside this acquisition, the firm has committed a 1 million dollar investment to the University of Manitoba. These initiatives will co-develop employment pathways through the Drake Center at the Asper School of Business, creating a scalable model that the company intends to expand across its global network.
This initiative directly addresses narrowing entry-level career pathways and rising youth unemployment caused by shifting market technologies. By providing targeted training, the program helps candidates enter employer pipelines across more than 14 countries. Operating under a Profit for Purpose model, the annual event establishes a permanent infrastructure designed to verify skills and connect underrepresented talent with enterprise hiring needs.
